moblin-media import gif file to video folder

Bug Description
test with moblin-media-import 0.51.1
1. copy a (picture) gif file to usb-storage
2. plug-in usb-storage
3. moblin-media-import copy the gif file to video folder
I expect the gif file should be copied to photo folder.
ps. I check the src/constant.py file and found that gif is in both photo and video media type.

this issue will fix in RP4MID . not on moblin-media, so assign with won't fix on moblin-media ,ans then fix-later.
