Photo applet dialogues are not properly scaled

Screen Resolution=800X480

The following dialogues are not scaled properly:

Settings -> Toolbar
  Resize Thumbnails is truncated by lower screen edge

Marked as Invalid, as Jax10 will use RPM4MID. Intel will create a bug in the Helix bug database, as this problem also exists in the RPM4MID.

currently CB and Q1 don't support 800x480 resolution, after change different resolution, more resolution setting can't reproduce it. but only for 720x400.
will file on RP4MID bug tracker.
