thumbnail generate slow on helix

reproduced step:
1) install moblin-media successfully
2) copy http://pdk_repo.sh.intel.com/pdk/media_content_test/Content/
   in /home/ume/media/video folder
3) then launch moblin-media

result:
more thumbnail can't generate out. even each need 2~3 seconds to generate

expected result:
hope can fix thumbnail issue.

this bug affect end user mostly. so upgrade to high severity.

This only happens the first time when you start the application. It is a bug that needs performance improvement but don't project it as high.

Test in moblin-media v0.46.1 with helix-dbus-service v0.262-beta3, this issue has been fixed.So change to "Fix released".

this bug reopen again, currently thumbnail generate still slow, can't match requirement. 25 video icon even need 72 second can finish to generate thumbnail.

1. even helix engine will fail to create the thumbnail, there will be one try for it (for example *.mpg)
2. though we accept it, it's hard to fix. and it impct the user's experience just for one time(often the first time).
