once delete /home/ume/media folder, then pop up error message, should reboot CB

Bug Description
reproduced step:
1) after launch moblin-media. then find /home/ume/ path copy media folder.
2) but if delete this folder manually. then try to launch moblin-media
then pop up message:
application is disable while in docking mode
expected result:
only need to restart the CB, then moblin-media can launch normally.

though this is specific action about this bug. but have bad effection for end user. so file high bug.
