Some thumbnails generated are just black background, not visible.

especial those asf video media files. for MID.asf, MID_WMV9_WMA2.asf.

steps:
 1.launch moblin-media
 2.switch to video thumbnail view
 3.check those thumbnails .

current result:
 can't generate visible thumbnail for some video.

expected result:
can generate visible thumbnails.

This type of bug needs to be created on the specific media service, and we need to stop using moblin-media to host all bugs for media related things.

Current the gstreamer depends on seeking operation to get a video frame for thumbnail. These asfs are abnormal. They have no correct index information,so can't seek. So can't get the thumbnail by seek. I tried to play a video to get a none black frame. This method occupies CPU and For some videos, the time is too long, will cause dbus exception.
