Helix engine does not support AVI media

Helix engine does not supported AVI media.

steps:
 1.launch moblin-media with helix engine enabled only
 2.select a avi meida
 3.start playback

it promts :file format .avi is not supported by any engine.

current result:
can't playback avi format media with helix engine

expecte result:
 can playback avi format.

I think engine management not add this datatype to helix engine

the engine management works well ,but after the self.service.OpenUri() and self.service.Play(),
so error signal send back from dbus to notify moblin-media that error occurs, I don't known why send back error message,still in investigating.

above is about bug #156103, It is my fault for this bug.
for this bug, I check and the result is moblin-media works well for avi media
still need further checking on crown beach.

Test on version 0.19 and enable helix-dbus-server 0.1-4-alpha2 only,could not playback .avi media file.

Test on version 0.19 with helix-dbus-server_0.1-5-alpha2_lpia enabled and gst disabled,playback baby_pcm_mjpeg.avi successfully,that means helix supports avi container.So change fix released.

what's codec in avi container?
have you tried baby_pcm_mjpeg.avi?

try baby_pcm_mjpeg.avi and no video output at the first time playback after playback other video. but video can output if playback again.

We are only supporting compressed and uncompressed PCM audio inside an .AVI container.
