Navigation icons are fuzzy

Summary:
The default icons for the navigation bar in the browser are fuzzy and in general poor in quality.

Steps to Reproduce:
1) Launch brower

Expected result:
Navigation bar icons have crisp edges and fine detail

Actual result:
Icons seem fuzzy, like they were scaled from much smaller pngs. This gives a poor first impression to the user.

Are these standard icons? If we get larger ones for you is that all you need, or is it a bigger task of themeing?
