Reproduced steps:

1. Launch Background applet from settings

Current result:
--------------
Hildon desktop restart.

Expected result:
--------------
Background applet should be launched successfully and hildon desktop should work well.

The issue is critical, it should be fixed in M9.

Fixed in 0.35, it had to do with the default gconf settings for the background not being installed.

Verified in applets 0.38, the issue is fixed, close it.
