Scroll bar exists in "Add wallpaper" dialog, it should use Moko.

Reproduced steps:
---------------------------
1.Launch Background applet from Settings.
2.Click "Add wallpaper" button on "Desktop Background Preferences" dialog .

Current results:
----------------------------
In step2, on prompt dialog "Add wallpaper", scroll bar exists.

Expected results:
----------------------------
Scroll bar should not exist.It should use Moko component.

I'll hopefully be removing the file picker dialog altogether

Fixed in 0.29, Changed the background applet to no longer use an XML database to save files. It scans the moblin-media thumbnail cache for photos and populates those instead. Photos can no longer be added or removed from the background applet, they are managed from the moblin-media photo viewer.

Verified in applets 0,38, scroll bar doesn't exist. Close it.
