Scroll bar exists in "Advanced Configuration" tab of Proxy applet

Scroll bar exists in "Advanced Configuration" tab of Proxy applet, it should use Moko component.

Reproduced steps:

1.Launch proxy applet from Settings.
2.Click "Advanced Configuration" tab.
3.Add many host entries to Ignore host list.

Current results:
----------------------------
In step3, scroll bar exists when add many entries to ignore host list.

Expected results:
----------------------------
Scroll bar should not exist, it should use Moko.

Verified in applets 0.33, the issue is fixed, close it.
