the dialog display is not correct

steps:
1. launch control panel

2. change some applets settings:
    for example: launch "about me" -> type your email and -> close applet

3. click title and drop down menu->tools->Restore original Settings... or
    click title and drop down menu->tools->Clear user data...

4. you will see a dialogue box which display with incorrect title name, contents and button names like:
    Restore dialogue box:
    title: rfs_ti_restore
    contents: refs_ia_text
    OK button: rfsbdok
    Canel button: rfsbdcancel

    Clear dialogue box:
    title: cud_ti_clear
    contents: cud_ia_text
    OK button: rfsbdok
    Canel button: rfsbdcancel

Note:
    if you close the control panel and re-launch it, the dialogue box display correct names.

I believe this bug is related to 145951: hildon-control-panel can't use libosso read/write state. That menu is built into the hildon-control-panel and controls any user settings that have been exported through libosso. Unfortunately none of the applets use libosso at the moment so there's no way to restore any original data or clear it. I'll triage this one.

In the latest build, the control panel has been removed and all the control panel apps are actually called by hildon-desktop from the desktop. So none of the control panel menu functions exist anymore: Restore original Settings, Clear user data, and Mobile Operator Setup Wizard. Since these functions don't exist, this bug is no longer reproducable and is tacitly fixed.

As Todd mentioned, the control panel application is removed in latest implementation of MID stack.
this is invalid bug now.
