Bug Description

As the release of ubuntu 10.10. I filed a bug about the ISP data provider in Vietnam and here https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=628695

I hope it could be commited as the release of 10.10 and Vietnamese could use 3G easily (Up to now there are many 3G broadband users in Vietnam including me)
