Addition of Orange Kenya Networks

Hi,

2 networks to add. Orange in Kenya has both GSM (Orange Internet) and CDMA (Orange Internet Everywhere 3G+) networks. I am providing settings for both that should be included.

GSM:

number is *99***1#
no username or password and APN is bew.orange.co.ke

CDMA:

number is #777
username is orangefixedplus
password is orange
there is no fixed APN for this one.

So far not present in Lucid, so do add it to the package so that subsequent updates can bring it in.
