Empty category list option during database creation

After a new database creation, a default category list is created.

When you import some data from other product, you already have your own categories created and the import create theme and affect them correctly to transaction.

However, default categories still exist and foul your organisation.
You have to select and delete each of them .

Could it be possible to chooss between an empty or default category list during the database creation or to get a way to reset this list just afer the database creation ?
