Error during QIF import

[krazybug]

Transaction with an amount > 1000 are ignored during an import.

It seems that amount formatted with an , are not recognised.

For instance:

D11/01/12
T1,000.00
MBLAH BLAH

is skipped but
D11/01/12
T1,000.00
MBLAH BLAH

is accepted.

As mentionned on wikipedia:

"Amount of the item. For payments, .... Comma separators between thousands are allowed."
