[Manual] Update manual screenshots

Hi,

Chapter 4 of Mixx 1.12 manual seems to be outdated and incomplete.

The screenshot of chapter 4.1 (sound hardware preferences) if from an older version of mixxx.

Thanks -- the manual isn't finished yet for 1.12.0 -- we will definitely need to replace most all the screenshots.

jus do you have time to do this in the next two weeks? There are a lot of missing images and we need to get the manual in good shape. I'd like to at least get passable placeholders even if they are not perfectly consistent

This is not necessary to have done for a beta release, but is necessary for a final release, so I am moving this down to Medium priority.
