Bug Description

If VC is on, hitting a hotcue preview button causes a hotcue trigger on press and release.

Previewing is kind of ill-defined when it comes to vinyl control. Maybe we should completely disable it. The whole idea of preview is that the player starts playing on its own. That is something that vinyl control does not allow -- since vinyl control only allows the player to move based on the vinyl movement (or in const mode, the last stable vinyl movement).

A WontFix in 1.9.x since 1.10 and 1.9 are so radically different VC-wise.
