equalizer freqs do not reenables

Bug Description

OS: Linux Fedora 16 x64
CPU: Intel Pentium P6200
Video: Intel
Sound: HDA Intel: ALC272X
Mixxx revision: 3141
If I mute some freq (low, med, high) it disables permanently. Only way to reenable these freqs is to restart mixxx application.

I had the same error when installing from source.
> sudo scons install
because the skins where not updated in any case.
Please try to rename /usr/local/share/mixxx and install again.
