Playlist window column list empty space for disabled columns

In 1.10, after disabling some columns from playlist window, some extra whitespace is allocated (presumably for 'disabled' columns?) after last column in the browser, resulting to the playlist window to be wider than it's area and giving user a scrollbar, even when the visible columns fit to the view.

In 1.11 opengl waveform alpha, the bug is extended to not resize columns correctly, leaving white space between columns. This alpha version has same issue with whitespace in end of columns as well.

See attached screenshot for an example how it looks like in 1.11. In this screenshot, 'Comment' is last field and there can be seen white space after it in the column bar.
