Bug #893242 and Bug #898487 have been resolved.

This and Bug #1084759 would be awesome for Crossfade GNU/Linux. DJs could copy their database and music to a Crossfade USB drive, boot someone else's computer from the USB drive, plug in their own controller, play or prepare tracks on that borrowed computer, and bring the new analyses, cue points, and loops back home. All this could be done while their own laptop sits at home and without having to rely on any software on the host's computer.

I think in the GUI, there should be an option in the right click menu for crates, playlists, and the whole library for export. This should also be accessible from the Library or File drop down menu at the top. This could bring up a dialog asking where to export to and whether to copy the music files or just the database and analyses. In the File or Library drop down menu, there would be an Import Library/Crate option to select a database file to import.
