Hi, RJ! Sorry for my incompetence in bug filing, hope it didn't bother much. I've got some changes, though. Since I've updated and upgraded mixxx on late December, it started playing. But the playback is very strange and full of gaps. The play/pause button is blinking, it seems like it is automatically pressed with a high frequency. When I start the playback, I'm not able to puase it, whether using the gnome button, or the "d" hotkey. I tried using JACK, via QjackCtl - same stuff. When choose OSS, as the sound API in Mixxx preferences it shows no available sound devices. Here are the outputs for the commands you asked for: 1) lsusb Bus 001 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0002 Linux Foundation 2.0 root hub Bus 002 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0002 Linux Foundation 2.0 root hub Bus 001 Device 002: ID 8087:0020 Intel Corp.
