Comment 2 for bug 902364

We should try to update Sphinx.
Dunno if there is a specific reason for that but the manual was created using Sphinx 0.6.4 which was release nearly 2 years ago, they are now at 1.1.2.

With my local Sphinx 1.0.7 installation (ubuntu repo latest version) i have not seen that issue in the generated html.
