Mixxx does not except m3u playlists with non ASCII characters encoded in Windows-1252
This is the default m3u encoding, according to http://
Since some applications provide m3u playlists in UTF-8, mixxx should support them too.
Mixx should also support m3u8 playlists, a m3u playlist with UTF-8 encoding.

With the attached patch m3u playlists are exported in "Windows-1252" encoding. If this is not possible the user gets the hint to use m3u8 playlist instead.
Playlist import uses a UTF-8 detection to support UTF-8 m3u playlists.
