Bug Description
It's been requested to add a mapping for the Rane TTM 57SL digital mixer. We need information on how this mixer appears to the OS in order to proceed, as none of the Mixxx developers have it.
Please comment here if you have this mixer, and what OSs you can test with. Please run Mixxx with the --midiDebug flag and see if the mixer shows up under MIDI devices. If so, click Enabled and see if moving controls on the mixer produce output on the console or mixxx.log file.

I have Rane TTM 57 sl.
I'm here because I run Mac Os El Capitan at this time (I'm on stage now :) ), and because of El Capitan I can't use this mixer with serato. But I can do it with MIXXX.
I noticed that it works good but vinyl control is not working.
- MIXXX receive control signal only if i chose analog input on chanel, track is moving, but sound is a signal sound in channel.
- If I chose digital input, MIXXX will not receive control signal and track will not move, but if i deactivate vinyl control, music will play thru channel.
I think Mixxx must learn how to receive control signal from vinyl if channel is switched to digital. That will solve the problem :)
