put cover art on the spinny widget

This was original proposed in bug #680806 by RJ Ryan. Since it has the Status "Fix Commited" we need a new one. Here it is.

While i agree that we should have an option to display the cover art and it might look interesting there, i do not think the vinyl widget is the right place for it.

* Depending on the skin the spinning vinyl can be hidden
* We already display the signal quality for vinyl control there
* On the long? run it might be distracting to look at rotating pictures, especially if you trying to use the spinning vinyl widget for orientation

Imho the cover art belongs to the library.

The main cover art bug is this: Bug #661459.

I would like to have an option to display cover art instead of the spinny widget. Maybe we can extend the spinny switch to a multi state button like:

off -> spinny -> cover > spinny cover (for crazy) -> off

In Deere we display the cover of the track loaded in a deck right next to the track title.

I don't think the bug is fixed (since cover art is not on the spinny widget yet) -- but we can mark it WontFix due to Jus's points above.
