Bug Description
For future n-deck support: Right now a vinyl control processor is directly associated with a specific deck. Once we get to n-decks, we will want to be able to assign a vinyl control object to any arbitrary mixxx deck. eg, if I have two turntables and 4 decks, I should be able to quickly move the vinyl controls between any of the internal decks. I could even use one turntable and move it between all 4 decks.
This will require disassociating vinyl controls from decks, and instead having some sort of internal routing to copy rate values / play button status / etc from vinyl control X to deck Y.
