Bug Description

Jack naming convention appears to be to use the lowercase name of the application as the title used to identify the list of Jack ports opened by that application (as shown in JackQctl connections window). However Mixxx currently (1.9) uses the name "Portaudio". This leads to confusion in complicated Jack routing setups. The name should be "mixxx".

From http://www.portaudio.com/docs/v19-doxydocs/pa__jack_8h.html, we can use PaJack_SetClientName(const char * name) and it must be called before Pa_Initialize.
