Bug Description

Labels (cue, loop in/out, hot cue, etc.) on the waveform and vinyl widget are white in Linux on an Intel 945 GPU.

System specs:
Debian Squeeze (stable)
Intel 945GME GPU, Atom N270 CPU
"intel" driver v2.13.0

xorg.conf driver options:
        Option "Tiling" "on"
        Option "AccelMethod" "XAA"

Disabling them has no effect.

Ah so, this might be related:
WARNING: Application calling GLX 1.3 function "glXCreatePixmap" when GLX 1.3 is not supported! This is an application bug!
WARNING: Application calling GLX 1.3 function "glXDestroyPixmap" when GLX 1.3 is not supported! This is an application bug!

At what revision of mixxx did this start?
With what/which skin/skins does it occur?
Are the following up to date: video drivers, mesa, Qt, xorg?

The glXCreatePixmap and glXDestroyPixmap warnings have occurred in the past (no idea if they still do, we dump so much junk to stdout these days I don't notice) harmlessly but at least one instance of this was fixed in Qt 4.7: (although perhaps it exists in other places in QtOpenGL).

lspci for my graphics processor gives:
00:02.1 Display controller: Intel Corporation Mobile 945GM/GMS/GME, 943/940GML Express Integrated Graphics Controller (rev 03)
and I don't seem to be affected. Package versions:
xf86-video-intel 2.15.0
mesa 7.10.2
qt 4.7.3
xorg-server 1.10.2

I just found out that I can cause this to happen by running Mixxx like this:

Also happens with the Qt4 Demo "sub-attaq".

Could somebody please confirm that "$ QT_GL_USE_OPENGL1ENGINE=1 ./mixxx" reproduces the bug on Oneiric natively installed (not in a VM, please).
