Drag and Drop M3U/PLS into sidebar or main track table

Now that import of PLS/M3U is making its way in, we should support DND'ing them into a playlist/crate in the sidebar or the track table.

Hi Nico,

thank you for adopting this Bug.

You can start here to add tracks fro a M3U to an existing Playlist.
https://github.com/mixxxdj/mixxx/blob/master/src/library/playlistfeature.cpp#L87

Or you can create a new playlist if you implement PlaylistFeature::dropAccept
