Update required for Mixxx translation templates

The templates that are used by contributors to translate Mixxx `string are outdated.
Last update was month ago, even before some of the then new features were merged.

We might not use the translated files yet, but to avoid unnecessary work for contributors the templates content should be in sync with lp:mixxx / lp:mixxx/1.9

I think that we should probably deactivate the 1.9 series of translations so that people won't spend time on those anymore. I just updated trunk with the newest strings. I'm still figuring out how to do this, so I hope I didn't cause a lot of translations to be lost. We'll see what Launchpad does with it.

Attached patch updates translation templates again latest lp:mixxx r2928.
There are some obsolete/ new strings compared to current template from 2011-05.

Hope i got updating the templates right, posting terminal lin-/ outpost for safety's sake.
Please check and include in trunk for translation.
