[Playlist] LoadSelectedIntoFirstStopped does not work in Library

Bug Description

The [Playlist],LoadSelectedIntoFirstStopped CO has no effect in the Library (from MIDI script at least.) But it works fine in the Browse view.

This is because post inline-metadata-editing we disabled the Return key binding in WTrackTableView. LoadSelectedintoFirstStopped fakes an "Enter" keypress in the library, so WTrackTableView ignore those now.

Took way longer than I expected, but I just added a potential fix to the 1.9.x branch. Could you please verify it Sean?
