Bug Description

1.9.0beta1 The tool tip information is truncated at the end and the bottom. Less than 1.8.2 but still not right.

Windows 7 64 home premium.
ATI Radeon HD 5770
AMD Phenom II X4 945 Processor 3.00 GHz
4 GB ram

Just found out: with repeated hovering over buttons the the tooltips occasionally change to fit correctly!!
