Bug Description
It would be cool if using the mouse wheel on a pitch slider would adjust it in 0.01% increments instead of the larger jumps like now.

For reference, currently WSliderComposed and WKnob/WKnobComposed are normalized so that a single "click" of most mouse wheels (a 15 degree turn) is an increase of 0.008 in parameter space. 127 "clicks" of the mouse wheel or roughly 5.29 revolutions should take you from one end of the rate slider or knob to the other.
So the "rate" control should increase by 0.008 for every click of a 15-degree-per-click wheel.
