Bug Description
We should support an Auto-Latency mode where the software automatically adjusts the latency until it is good. We need to make sure that PortAudio accurately reports xruns on all APIs.

We may need to make this configurable since changing latency affects scratching performance, and having this happen mid-scratch would be annoying at best.
