Bug Description
The attached patch allow the users to select bit rates up to 320 Kbps.

This has already addressed in the shoutcast_fixes branch (bzr branch lp:~raffitea/mixxx/shoutcast_fixes).
It brings Mp3 and Ogg streaming and recording.
