scons ladspa=1 fails after SConscript refactor

After Albert, Sean & Ryan refactored the SConscript files, ladspa=1 is broken.
It's fixed in my branch. On our main SConscript (or was it SConscript.env?) the code
for building ladspa had the old variables name. Also, the SConscript inside the ladspa
lib folder (lib/ladspa/SConscript) was using old variable names (platform VS plataformString).

I'll link my branch to it.
