Soundmanager doesn't close, database locks. [Ubuntu 10.04]

Current version of mixxx beta (rev 2384) on Ubuntu 10.04
Acer Aspire 5739G with Intel Core2 Duo 2.13GHz
Soundcard: Realtek AC888
GFX: NVIDIA GT 204M

1) Making a clean version of mixxxdb-sqlite, mixxx scans my folders and finishes.

2) Close mixxx

3) In terminal, the following lines are printed:
Debug: [Main]: Destroying MixxxApp
Debug: [Main]: save config, 0
Debug: [Main]: close soundmanager 0

But no matter how long I leave it, this is where it stops.

4) Kill the process

5) Launch mixxx again

6) Constantly receive the error in Terminal:
Debug: [LibraryScanner 1]: Updating dirhash to mark as existing failed: QSqlError(5, "Unable to fetch row", "database is locked")

So I can't close mixxx without killing the process, because soundmanager fails to close, and the database is locked.
Trying to edit any preferences causes the GUI to hang.

Please try again with trunk r2401 or later as a fix for this was committed in that revision.

Also make sure you're using the version of PortAudio we recommend on
our downloads page (click the link to download Mixxx for Ubuntu and
there's a little popup with a warning about it).

The version of PortAudio included in Ubuntu 9.04-->10.04 causes weird
hangs in Mixxx...

When I try to update it, by using "bzr update", I get "Tree is up to date at revision 2384 of branch /home/korin/mixxx"

How do I get the new version?

Run "bzr bind", then "bzr update".

If you got the source code by running "bzr branch", then you've
created a local branch off of trunk. If you just want a SVN/CVS-style
checkout (which is usually what we want), then you can do that using
"bzr checkout". The "bzr bind" command will turn your branch into a
checkout for you. :)
