Play lists do not save correctly

Bug Description
Mixxx version 6.0
music library size: 29,000 MP3's.
OS's affected:- Vista Home Basic & Vista Ultimate
Hardware: Dell Vostro & Dell Dimension 8400
When I save my playlists on either of my PC'S (Laptop or Desktop), Mixxx does a normal save on close. But on the relaunch of Mixxx the songs are not the same as what was originally picked. Each relaunch of the app has revealed a new selection of songs each time! The songs are usually one or two songs removed from the original song picked.
IE:
Picked:
song 1 artist a
song 2 artist a
song 1 artist b
song 1 artist c
song 1 artist d
On relaunch:
song 2 artist a
song 3 artist a
song 3 artist b
song 2 artist c
song 4 artist d

Playlist support is going to be replaced with just a basic solid library in the future. For now, I'm going to mark this as WONTFIX, but hopefully we'll have playlist support again one day.
