new playlist doesnt show up initialy

hi ppl,

a small bug in the playlist view. the used svn revision is 2172

after opening mixxx I select the "Playlists" view to show my current playlists. when adding a new playlist via the menu "Library -> Add new playlist", this new playlist doesnt show up in the "Playlists" view. I have to select another view first, say "Browse" and then go back to "Playlists". only then I can see the newly generated playlist (Default X). This also happens if I use the shortcut Ctrl+n instead of the menu.

if I want to delete a playlist I go let's say from the "Browse" view to the "Playlists" view, select the playlist and remove it with "right mouse click -> Remove". This suddenly results in the content of the previously visited "Browse" view being displayed in the "Playlists" view. "Playlists" is still active in the menu, only the content of the view changed. If I then select "Playlists" from the menu again, the correct content of the "Playlists" view without the just deleted playlist gets displayed.

with this patch, the playlist gets shown immediately when being in "Playlist" mode and creating a new playlist

with this patch, one remains in the "Playlist" view when deleting a single playlist.

one small issue remains. the menu entry name is not updated to "Playlist" if one creates a new playlist from another view like "Library"

this patch also fixes the not updated menu combo-box. it includes the two previous patches as well.
all issues related to this bug should be solved now

there still seems to be a problem when selecting the "Playlist" view and creating a new Playlist. On some systems the "Playlist" view is not updated.

this patch adds additional m_pTrackTableView->update() and emit(updateMenu(&m_qPlaylists)) calls to Track::updatePlaylistViews. the used QT version is 4.4 on linux.

I never got these patches to work totally right. I'll have to sit down and take a good look at this problem sometime.
