Windows Mixxx uninstaller does not remove 'Collusion (1280)' or 'Collusion (1280-WS)'

Bug Description
While working on bug #223464, I tried the uninstaller, and noticed that it doesn't remove all the skins we install.
C:\Program Files\Mixxx\skins still contains
Collusion 1280
Collusion 1280-WS
It also doesn't remove the promo directory (promo.xml and two mp3s are still there).
I assume the uninstall script just needs to be updated...
