Bug Description
In order to notify users immediately about library changes we could show a rescan summary popup, for both when the resacn finishes or is manually stopped.
Most importantly this would give users the chance to lookup missing tracks -- instead of running into the "Track can't be loaded" popup when playing a prepared playlist.
Library rescan finished.
* 235 new tracks were found
* 41 tracks have been moved
* 12 tracks are missing
