Identify day of week and start time of histories

(this bug previously had multiple things, but some have been solved)

Ultimately this issue is about having some assistance with the histories I've got. I would love to know what time my history started and what day of the week it was.

ronso0 points out that enabling "Timestamp" column in the History list kinda solves knowing when the playlist was created, but I think ultimately
it would just be nice to have a tooltip that said "Thu Jul 29, 2038 21:04" when I mouseover the histories. (I don't care what time all the other song started.)

Alternatively, having some control in how the history name is created would be kinda cool "Www YYYY-MM-DD" too.

Since this is actually three bugs, it is hard to manage. Would you mind to split it up?

3) exists already: since 2.3 (or even earlier?) Mixxx stores the time&date when a song is added to a playlist:
* when you add a song manually to a regular playlist
* when a song is played and added to the current history playlist

The column is "Timestamp" and it's probably hidden by default. Tooltip shows more info.

1) and 2) should indeed be filed separately
FWIW I'm already working on 1) history clean up with a preferences integration, I have many worthless histories with 1-3 tracks.
Previously I was running a script to delete unlocked histories, but I often forget about that when I closed Mixxx / before next time I start it, so a built-in tool would be handy.
