Bug Description

It is not update when you change the selected item via keyboard.

The delete button uses the correct chain, only the visualization part is affected.

I cannot reproduce this. It may depend on the Qt theme.

This was tested on Ubuntu Focal. I can reproduce this reliable.

What desktop environment and what Qt theme? I am using KDE with the Breeze theme and cannot reproduce it.
