Bug Description
1. Enable a controller in the preferences.
2. Disable the controller.
3. Restart Mixxx with --controllerDebug command line argument. Move something on the controller and watch the console to verify that the controller is not enabled.
4. Open preferences for the controller again. The "Enabled" checkbox is enabled.
5. Pressing Apply or Okay will re-enable the controller which is likely not intended.
