Remote Desktop Connection: Disconnecting from RDC session disconnects Mixxx from the live broadcast

Bug Description

I'm trying to use RDC to manage Mixxx 2.2.4 on another computer on my network. Starting a live broadcast is no problem while I'm in a session, but closing the session disconnects the broadcast. I don't have this issue with other programs, like game servers. Is there a way to prevent this? Is it something that has been addressed in version 2.3?

you are sure Mixxx is still running after closing the session?
did you configure anything network-related in that session that might be affect when you close it?

I'm assuming it has something to do with the fact that RDC logs off the current user on a system that isn't running Windows Server, but Mixxx definitely continues to run in the background - it just loses connection as soon as the remote session is ended.

If I log back into the machine remotely or locally, Mixxx is still running and instantly reconnects the broadcast (if I log in before the connection timeout).

My only solution as of now is to subscribe to a third party program for remote desktops. At some point I will probably try to get a copy of Windows Server instead.
