prevent previewing from the library when no headphone device is configured

Bug Description
currently:
= no headphone device is configured
> in the library click any track's Preview button
= track is loaded into preview deck
= preview deck starts playing and VU meter indicates output
= Preview button is activated
This is confusing, especailly the VU meter.
Let's simply prohibit loading the track in the first place.
