Bug Description

The delayed import of Serato beat grids depends on the track's bpm lock flag (evaluated at different times?) and has multiple usability issues. It doesn't work as expected and is non-intuitive.

Use case for testing: Re-import metadata of a track with the bpm locked before it is loaded onto a deck. This becomes completely unusable when re-importing the metadata from the file implicitly after loading a track from the database (custom extension).

Proposed changes:
- The Serato beat grid comes with its own lock flag that should override the current lock flag unconditionally on import.
- When the import needs to be delayed and is pending an intermediate beat grid from the bpm of the terminal marker should be created. Currently the existing beat grid is reset and tracks lose their bpm. This is especially annoying if the bpm was locked. The lock remains while the bpm has been invalidated.
