New enabled coloums are shrinked to the minimum

Bug Description
Normally I have to location column hidden, but fro some use cases I enable it.
It appears at the very right of all columns, out of sight and shrinked to the minimum width.
It requires some annoying mouse artistic to make it reasonable width.
This happens only if the column was never shown since the last restart of Mixxx.
I think the column should appear in sight and with reasonable default width.

Yes, this is annoying.
2.4.0-alpha-pre (build main r7779)
Even if the columns have enough room in the table header, they only show up minimized.
