arrow key up/down navigation of library side pane broken

Bug Description

This is in HEAD. if I use the arrow keys to navigate up and down the lefthand library pane, the cursor often (but not always) jumps to the top of the list instead of moving by one item.

Does it happen for all side bar items?
I noticed it when going down to the external libs (Serato etc.): they are not configured here and any folllowing up/down press would make the selection jump to the top.

This is in main.

This seems to only affect the History tree, and only after the list of tracks loads
