Bug Description

I just configured Mixxx to use pipewire, but it doesn't work properly (probably because I did something wrong).

When starting Mixxx, I see this on the console:

[E][000062125.528500][core.c:71 core_event_error()] core 0x557ecdb1d1f0: proxy 0x7f32a413d010 id:2: bound:41 seq:5 res:-2 (No such file or directory) msg:"no node available"
[E][000062125.528618][stream.c:295 stream_set_state()] stream 0x557ecdb33ef0: error no node available
[E][000062125.528646][pcm_pipewire.c:841 on_core_error()] alsa-plugin 0x557ecdaf6500: error id:2 seq:5 res:-2 (No such file or directory): no node available

If I then try to load a track onto a deck, it hangs forever.
The error message indicated we could detect such an issue when starting Mixxx and prompt the user to reconfigure the sound preferences beforehand.

This seems to becaused by the caching reader worker waiting for some audio callback with apparently never happens.
